I am just starting to learn the MIK tool and when attempting to change the setting for TPM Activation Policy to "No Prompts" I get 2 different error mesages.

  • Incorrect Function - 0x80070001
  • Script is not signed - 0x87D00327

These errors come up on differnt systems

Any ideas?

did you install the MIK agent on the devices you want to manage? you may look at the technical white paper on the MIK and follow the guidelines there... hopefully that will help you

Well I did push HP Client BIOS Configuration Utility and HP Client Support to all my points.  I could understand if I would get the error on all the machines I was testing the BIOS password on; but only got an error on some of them the others seem to work fine. The ones getting the error are all getting the same thing; "Script is not signed".  I will go back and review the White Pages; but was hoping someone else may have see these errors before
