Should I keep laptop plugged in all the time even when it's fully charged?

I recently bought spectre x360 (late 2017 or early 2018 model).

Most of the time, it's been used on my desk at home and now I'm wondering if I should keep laptop plugged in or not when it's fully charged. I googled first and found solutions as charge until 80% and recharge when it's 20%, or always plugged in even if it's 100%.  Can anyone please give me the answer to keep the battery life long and right way?

You can leave the computer plugged in.  Modern batteries do not "over charge".

Too, if you leave the computer plugged into the power, it may save repeated "battery charging cycles", which, while these are measured in the thousands, might eventually wear down a battery a little more quickly.

About once a month, if you like, run the computer on battery down to the 20% and then plug it back in.  Good practice and not harmful at all.
