Spectre 360 swollen battery

I purchased a Spectre x360 15-blo18ca premium notebook 2 years ago and am very disappointed. After a number of difficulties, not to mention poor polished aluminum finish, my keyboard is warped and the touchpad is not functioning from what appears to be a swollen battery. This is supposed to be the premium competitor product for the Apple notebooks? Unbelievable. Does anyone have any positive correspondence experience with HP with similar issues?
