HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl108ca

Can someone offer any suggestion on how to get HP to reply to us on a know motherboard issue with the Spectre x360.  I spent 2000$ on this laptop and I can't get help to resolve an issue that should have been recalled for safety reasons.  Do you know if there's a  lawsuit underway or where to complain if HP continues to not reply?  This is hurting my business.  Who else has encountered this issue and have you had it resolved by HP?
