Hi all. I have managed to make all features to work on Windows 10 as on windows 7.
What you need to do:
1. Install windows 10 x64 as usually.
2. Made Windows 10 full update.
3. Install HP Softpaq download manager.
4. Run it, wait for catalog update, select OS (i have selected 1803 x64).
5. Press button "Check for update" in top left corner.
6. Install only drivers, firmwares and bios (you don't need other bloatware), DONT INSTALL AMD VIDEO DRIVER!
i have installed:
6.1. HP 3d drive guard
6.2. HP Hotkey support
6.3. HP Universal camera driver
6.4. HP Wireless button driver
6.5. Intel bluetooth
6.6. Intel chipset utility
6.7. Intel 217/218 gigabit ethernet
6.8. Intel management engine firmware component
6.9. Intel management engine driver
6.10 Intel rapid storage tech driver
6.11. Intel video driver and control panel
6.12. Intel wireless LAN driver
6.13. Realtek HD audio
6.14. Realtek USB and PCIe cardreader driver
6.15. Synaptic touchpad driver
6.16. Synaptic fingerint driver
6.17. Thunderbold secure connection utility (hell i don't know what is it, but laptop has thunderbold port so i installed it)
6.18. Latest BIOS
6.19. If you have 3G modem, factory SSD or HDD look for updated firmwares.
I dont know, about firmware for other hardware, i don't have 3G (in 3kg 15" laptop it is stupid to use 3G, if i will need mobile internet i will use my smartphone as wifi router), i have dropped factory disks and installed Samsung 850 EVO 1TB SATA SSD (530/510 MBps 55000/45000 IOPS) as data disk and Samsung 950 Pro NVMe SSD as boot disk (laptop has only 2 lines for NVMe SSD, so the speed is only 830/800 MBps, but most important i got crazy 199000/90000 IOPS and windows works like rocket). So for Samsung SSD HP don't makes firmware, i use Samsung Magician + Samsung NVMe driver to mentain my SSDs.
7. Reboot laptop.
Go to AMD site and select DRIVERS & SUPPORT -> Professional Graphics -> Mobile Platforms -> FirePro Mobility Series -> FirePro M5100 Mobility, open Windows 10 X64 and look for Dell -> Radeon Pro Software for Enterprise on Dell Mobile (current version 18.Q3.1). Download, Install = Profit. Works like a sharm. This is driver version for maximum stability and compatibility with professional 3D applications (autocad, rhino, maya ...). But if you need somethin new - you can choose Radeon Pro Software Adrenalin Edition for Dell Mobile - like desktop version, new soft, new bugs =). I installed Enterprise version - don't have any problems, performance like in Windows 7 with HP driver. And new control center gives ability to control what applications to start on intel graphics and what on amd. You can choose now. Don't install HP driver - it is old, better than new from HP support page or HP softpaq download manager.
For now this is final solution to make Windows 10 x64 work perfect on this laptop. And shame on you HP for such support, thank you AMD and Dell.

I have downloaded driver from amd.com, exactly where i wrote in last post. I have changed laptop to latest elitebook, but you can try this:
https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/firepro/win10-64bit-radeon-pro-software-enterprise-19.q3-aug12.exe

Look here: "Go to AMD site and select DRIVERS & SUPPORT -> Professional Graphics -> Mobile Platforms -> FirePro Mobility Series -> FirePro M5100 Mobility, open Windows 10 X64 and look for Dell -> Radeon Pro Software for Enterprise on Dell Mobile"

Nice, but my laptop was with FirePro M5100. And i have downloaded driver for this videocard. But you have better variant - there is actual HP driver - https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/firepro/win10-64bit-radeon-pro-software-enterprise-19.q3-aug12.exe

It's not nice. I've tried all of them already , advanced settings are not available, I can't even see if the driver is working, in display setting only intel graphics shown with 60hz rate. I can't set up 2d 3D parameters, nothing.

So as last resort i can propose to not install driver manually and update it from device manager in windows. Find you videocard in device manager, click right mouse button on it and choose update drive, than choose automatic search of new dirver.
