Hello,

 

Customer Relations Teams are constantly ignoring me and pushing my requests aside. They never want to solve the issue with my workstation and want to leave me with nothing.

 

I have had 12 call outs for the same laptop yes 12 and it continues to grow. I am snobbed and ignored and have lost wages and some clients due to HP blunders.

 

I want to talk to someone on the phone and not email that they can push aside and not look at. Someone with decency.

 

what is the best way to get above CRT and to solve my problem fast. I don't want to deal with the same rude people again,
