Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
"I want to reset and reinstall Windows 10. But every time when I am going to Settings-->Update & Security-->Recovery-->Reset, it says 'There was a problem resetting your PC' and then stuck during the process. Anyone have a solution to fix this issue?"

Hi:
With another working Windows PC, use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable recovery drive, that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
