So your laptop isn't designed to turn on without the battery installed. Just wanted to make sure. If you tried steps 01-09 in link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Laptop-battery-blown-fuse/td-p...

so as to reinstall the "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery" driver and nothing changes, then I think this is a hardware issue. If you haven't tried reinstalling the driver, you should.

 

In my opinion, something went wrong when you took out the battery and upgraded the hardware. There seems to be a motherboard malfunction....

As a result, I gave the laptop to a service center and changed the power controller there and it worked fine
