Product: USB-C Dock G5
Hi,
the firmware update to version 1.0.15.0 has ended with an error message:
Install failed. One or more firmware failed to install.
Notebook I used for the firmware update: HP EliteBook 855 G7 (P/N: 3E779AV)
Docking StationHP USB-C Dock G5 (P/N: L61609-001)
After the failed update, the network, USB, HDMI and DisplayPort no longer work. Only the power supply still works.
How can I recover the Docking Station?
Thanks
Albert
