Hello.
This is likely not an HP issue.
I recommend checking the support site (and forum) for the portable monitor for known issues. Consider updating the drivers, for example. Also check that the monitor is still actually working by testing with another computer.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
