This week I have been unable to view the warranty or drivers and software pages for multiple devices (laptops and desktops) when searching via the HP Support site (Official HP® Support) using serial numbers or product numbers.
When I run the search I get the following after a moment:
"We're sorry
We can't seem to find the page you were looking for.
Try going back to Support Home or use our Diagnostic Solutions to resolve your product issues"
I've tried searching for 5 or 6 different machines that I have access to and experience the same behaviour for all of them. If I Google "HP ZBook Firefly 14 G10 drivers" and click on the results for direct links to the devices page, I receive the same error as above.
I have tested this on multiple browsers, incognito sessions and different networks. I have also asked my colleagues to test and they are experiencing the same. It appears only laptops and desktops are affected as I can locate monitors support pages without issue.
Any help or advice would be appreciated as I cannot see anyone else reporting similar issues and cannot seem to speak to HP about this problem.

The issue has been reported to HP, and they are working on fixing it.
For the time being, you can download the driver pack for your PC from the link below:

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that.
We reported the issue to the forum administration yesterday and got this response:

We are currently aware of a technical issue on the HP Support website, which has been reported by multiple users across our platform. Our team is investigating this on high priority, and we understand how challenging it can be when the support page is unavailable, especially when you need to download important drivers.
Please be assured that this issue has been escalated, and we will keep you updated with any progress.
