I formatted the computer I installed Ubuntu on, created a partition for Windows for dual boot, but when I load Windows from a USB drive for installation, the mouse doesn't work and I get a request for drivers
I downloaded every possible driver but the Windows installation says it's not the required driver
What should I do?

If your notebook has an Intel Core 11th or higher gen processor, you need to supply Intel RST storage drivers to the Windows installer. Please provide the model number or product number of your model.

See the thread below where this person successfully installed Intel RST storage drivers in a 250 G10 with an Intel 13th gen processor. Follow the instructions to see if they work for your model.

In the step #8, as the author mentioned, you may not see any .inf driver files. If so, uncheck the box to display driver files and select a 'iaStorVD.inf' file and click Next to load the driver.

In the step #9, You need to select a partition designated for W11 installation and click Next to proceed the installation.

I think Ubuntu created an EFI partition to store the grub. Hopefully, the Windows installer will create its own EFI partition for W11 boot system files.

Here is another thread that reports that IRST drivers were installed in a 250 G10 (i7 13th gen CPU).

It seems to me that the IRST installation problem is on your end.

If you didn't use Microsoft Media Creation tool to create a bootable W11 usb drive, use the MMC.

If you still have the issue, use a different usb drive. Avoid a large size. You just need a min 8 GB usb drive.

You can also use HP Cloud Recovery Tool to create a bootable recovery usb drive that will restore the SSD to a factory state. Click the link below for how to use the recovery tool.

When you use another Windows-based PC to run the recovery tool, you'll be prompted to enter the product number (ProdID), which you can find on the bottom cover of your notebook (it should be B39S7AT#xxx).
