Hi @Sandeep2012

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand how concerning it must feel to face both BIOS access issues and graphics driver problems at the same time, especially when you need to connect a projector.

Thank you for sharing the details — let’s go step by step to restore functionality on your HP laptop.

Steps to Access BIOS

  1. Shut down the laptop completely.
  2. Power it on and immediately begin pressing the F10 key repeatedly until the BIOS setup screen appears.
  3. If F10 does not respond, try Esc key at startup, then select BIOS Setup from the menu.
  4. Ensure no external devices are connected while attempting to enter BIOS.

Steps to Refresh Intel Graphics UHD 620 Driver

  1. Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Display adapters, right‑click Intel UHD Graphics 620, and select Uninstall device.
  3. Check the box “Delete the driver software for this device” and confirm.
  4. Restart your computer — Windows will attempt to reinstall a basic driver automatically.
  5. Download and install the latest Intel Graphics driver for your HP Envy model from HP’s support page: HP Laptop Drivers and Downloads.
  6. After installation, restart the laptop and reconnect the projector to test.

Steps to Verify Projector Connection

  1. Connect the projector via HDMI or VGA cable.
  2. Press Windows + P and choose “Duplicate” or “Extend.”
  3. Confirm the projector displays the laptop screen.

These steps should help you regain access to BIOS and restore proper graphics driver functionality, allowing the projector to connect smoothly.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
