Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I would like to upgrade my processor. Now I have the 'Intel(R) Core(TM) m7-6Y75 CPU @ 1.20GHz' (2x 8GB (1867MHz))

Is it possible and worth it to upgrade? And what it is "max cpu" I can use. Does anybody know / has experience with this?

Many thanks

Hi:

The processor your notebook has is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.

I would imagine the costs of doing such an upgrade would greatly outweigh the benefits.
