Warranty and battery cycle count

Start date of Warranty is before the actual purchase date...

And Battery cycle count is 22/1000 at the time of purchasing.

Also I want to know which company SSD is used..

My purchase date is 23/12/2021.

Please look into it , I didn't expected this kind of service from a renowned HP World Retailer...

But HP Support saying base warrenty started from 27/09/2021

Look into it as soon as possible
