Warranty dispute Issue

I bought a laptop one week back from BestBuy. But the warranty details of the product is showing expired. I tried to dispute the warranty in HP support page. But after entering all the details, the dispute page is showing "sorry HP support is temporarily unavailable". Anyone facing this issue with warranty dispute? Can we contact HP through any support mail ids for warranty dispute?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
