Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought an HP Envy x360 on 15th March 2023 and have the invoice. Upon adding to my HP Support Assistant it showed the warranty start dates are wrong with a support advisor care pack that started in August 2022 and factory warranty that ends on 29th March 2023. I want to buy a care pack for this laptop but I'm concerned it will start from the incorrect dates. I raised the issue with Warranty Check but a week later have had no reply.  Any help would be appreciated.
