I bought the new OMEN 45L and waited a month for it to show up. I understood being that it was a custom build. I finally get it and I'm so excited only to open the box and find it completely DAMAGED. Scraped and dented. It was packaged so poorly. This is such an expensive product and their newest product. You would think there would be more care. Unfortunately I'm not the only one. Apparently there are reviewers that had the same complaint. I now have to wait ANOTHER month and they will not start building the new PC until the damaged one gets there. There is no accountability from such a large company. I cannot describe the frustration. Is there any department that I can talk to speed up this process? I should not bare the burden of something that is not my fault.
