Notebook keyboards are not designed to be repaired at the individual key level - indeed, you will probably irreparably damage the keyboard if you try to remove a key. With a notebook, you replace the entire keyboard assembly - and increasingly the keyboard / top cover / touchpad as a single assembly.

The Maintenance and Service Guide for your system indicates that yours in a system where the keyboard is replaced separately. Unfortunately the replacement procedure is lengthy - you have to remove the bottom cover, battery, fan and system board, then there are fifty-five screws to remove to separate the keyboard from the top cover. All those screws are why is it increasingly common to replace the keyboard / top cover / touchpad as a single assembly - the additional parts cost is offset by the saving in repair time.

It is unfortunate that a vulnerable component of a notebook that users often need to replace involves such extensive strip down, but there is really no other way to build a notebook.
