Dear Sir/Madam,
Sir, I am Dileep Kumar Maurya as you can see in earlier email conversations and I want to tell you that I bought Brand New HP Envy 360 laptop on July 20, 2023 and within 3 days the connector in and out of DC connector port During the charger pin was getting stuck and the back panel was being removed little by little and due to the keyboard panel curve there was also a scratch on the display when I went to the offline service center it was said that you can mail or complain on the online consumer helpline Do it there, your problem will be solved.
We have again registered this new cause on August 19, 2023, which is still active and have again sent Snapshots and Videos, whose cause id is [Personal Information Removed], and this Cause also have closed without any resolution. I have replied again as above procedure after new cause creation.
Once again we have created ne cause on August 27, 2023 the cause id is [Personal Information Removed].
So you are requested that Laptop Genuine Defective Yes, exchange it and provide us a new laptop, otherwise we will have to go to the Consumer forum because we are very upset and Irradiated with HP service.
Thank you
Dileep [Personal Information Removed]

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
