Hi,
I ordered a laptop and it is supposed to be delivered on 28 Dec 2020. But FedEx delivered it to another apartment. Now the FedEx driver has been trying to search my laptop for 2 days. I don't know what to do if they cannot bring back my laptop. Or even if he finds it but the package is already opened.
The hp virtual chatting is so bad at this issue. I got a number to reach out to the hp resolution team. I keep calling for 2 days but no one picks up my call yet.
Could anyone give me any advice or procedure?
How possible I could get a new laptop or reimbursement in case I cannot have it back?
In what way can I reach out to the right hp team?
Thank you in advance. I open to any suggestion or experience.
HNY2021!!

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
