Product: HP EliteBook Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Anytime I restart my computer it prompt me with this message "Your Pc needs to be restarted to finish setting up this device: HP S70 System Firmwarerop ". I don't really know what that is, but is becoming irritating because I can restart my Pc over and over again the message still kept coming. Kindly help me fix it. Thanks.

Hello.
This is a BIOS update for your laptop, delivered via Windows Update.
If your laptop has a BIOS password, the update will fail and Windows will show this popup, but sometimes those automatic BIOS updates just don't work properly for other reasons.
Try installing the latest BIOS update from HP Support website, under your laptop model download page.
If it succeeds, this prompt should go away.
