Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please can someone help - after a fresh install of Windows 10 I cannot get the audio to work. There seems to be a conflict somewhere with the Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST) OED in the device manager it is stuck on code 10 'cannot start'. I have tried uninstalling this and the Realtek drivers but I cannot solve the issue. There is no audio devices active, there is some talk about this online but I cannot get it to work, any ideas?
