i want to notify the sad reality of care pack. while buying the laptop i got a one year care pack and the last day night i had an issue in the right hinge o f the laptop. i couldnt able to close the laptop due to the same. i checked in the hp support assistant about the warrent and i was so happy that it covers the problem. i took every possible measure to contact the customer service. i filed a complaint in the hp support assistant by myself and i tried to call them through the number..even though hp support assistant inform me that the agent will call me. this hinge issue happened in the last day night of the warrenty. and i know the same and i took all necessary measure to connect with them..but when i called them today morning it get connected and they are saying that my case is not valid..and the filing of the case should be done by them not me itseems..i felt so cheated because i did everything that i can do on that night.. but the rejecting without any valid reason
