Battery is not giving backup and it is draining very quickly and my laptop  ELITEBOOK 845 G8 and my laptop is under warranty

do something please

Hi Sachin1807,

we are experiencing the same problem on an Elitebook 865 G10, which is also still under warranty.

HP has not been helpful, as there is no way of contacting them without an error code (which we don't get, because there is no actual "error").

The Elitebook loses over night ca 20% battery (from fully charged to 80%). This is very disappointing for a new computer. 

We have run all the tests in the HP-App and everything seems ok. We have also updated everything we could. The battery still drops over night.
