i can.t open my device bios menu. Please help me bios problem soulation

i know . bios boot menu F10 .but can.t working.

Hi @sanwar7 

 

try pressing the ESC key several times when turning on the device, the menu will appear, if it does not appear try using a USB keyboard, your keyboard is probably not working.
