Your question lacks detail, though I would guess you are asking about your personal data that was on the computer.
Cloud Storage is not "automatic" in that you normally have to make the decision to connect a Cloud Storage option.
For example, Windows 10 easily supports OneDrive, though again, this is something you must make a conscious decision to have used.
Assuming for the moment that you did have OneDrive installed and that it was active, check the following to find out what might be in your OneDrive Cloud Storage: OneDrive Help Center
