HP Recommended

I cannot create the usb key, I tried on a different PC. Error message: “il file di aggiornamento del BIOS di sistema è mancante o danneggiato. Il Bios di sistema non verrà aggiornato” the message says bios file is missing, system will not beupdated.

This message do not allows to create the USB key for reparing the bios, is there a workaround ? I suppose the problem is on the HP website.
