I tested 3 docking. I have the same problem

if you have updated the ZBook BIOS, you may have a problem with the TB dock's usb-c/barrel cable... in the earlier production life there was a problem with the cable connectors that could disconnect if moved slightly... i would open a case with HP support and ask for a dock cable replacement... they are easy to replace from the bottom of the dock

I work for HP. However, all opinions and comments are my own.

thks for your help.

But the cable is attached with the docking. I have Station d’accueil HP Thunderbolt 230 W G2.

the usb-c combo cable is attached to the thunderbolt dock, but can be replaced by removing the bottom unscrewing a simple screw... once that is done, you will see the same connection usb-c plus barrel connector connected under the dock...
