Hello, I have many problems with my laptop since i bought it . I think you know exactly my product . it started with the sd card slot and the integrated mouse ( it was funcional at least when I disable then enable it with fn+f11 )and as I had too much work to do with my laptop I took it to the service centre 1 month before the end of the warranty because I thought the problems were easy to fix . After the diagnostic , they told my that they have to replace the motherboard and the integrated mouse I waited about 3 months to finish repair my laptop and when I took it back , I had several problems , my laptop cannot detect the wifi and 2 usb port doesn't work and I had problems with keys in the keyboard also the sd card reader wans't fixed so I took it back and all the problems were fixed ( they say they have replaced somethings and there were other software problems) except the sd card reader and the usb port I realize after some research that I have a problem with the power supply in my laptop and when I go back to the service centre the said that my warranty is over and I have to contact and send a request to exchange with a new laptop the support anyway thanks to them for their support all this time . please I need help I'm just a students It took a lot of sacrifice to buy this laptop and I'm not able to afford to buy a new one so please at least give me extra time to my warranty because i had issues with my laptop since i bought it and thanks forr your support
