i am facing touchscreen not working i try alots of time but still not working without screen damag

Hello @8NU67UC 

 

I would recommend entering the bios on the unit with F10 or ESC on boot.  Test is the touch is working with the diagnostic or touch active in bios.  If working this could be a driver issue.  If failing in bios and in the test this would be a repair needed.
