Hi:
The notebook is not supported for W11.
The one negative thing about Tiny 11 is that it gets no updates.
The full version of W11 should work fine.
I have W11 running on older notebooks than the 4730s.
If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2.
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

If you read the info I posted, that is what you can do to do an in-place upgrade.
Most of the time it works, sometimes it doesn't.
I only had one PC out of 13 different models where the in-place upgrade would not work.
On that one I had to clean install W11.

You can try using the in-place upgrade method I posted in the discussion.
Usually it works, but in a few cases it won't.
What happens when it doesn't work, is all of a sudden, the notebook just returns to the W10 desktop without any errors or notifications.
And it will be just as if you hadn't done a thing.
If you want to keep your apps and don't want to clean install W11, and the update fails, then you will have to leave your notebook on W10.

It may run better or it may run slower.
All but one of my PC's ran better--even notebooks older than yours such as my HP 6910p.
But one of them did not, and I went back to W10 on that one.
It depends on how much memory you have installed.
The least amount of memory I have in a PC with W11 installed is 4 GB, which I believe is the minimum memory requirement.
It runs adequately.
At least as good if not better than it did on W10.
One of the things you may find is that W11 seems to boot up faster than W10 did.
Anyway, since I don't own your model notebook, I cannot tell you one way or the other what your experience will be on it in W11.
