You're going from a single 5130 at max TDP of 65W to two X5365 with running at max TDP of 150W each. The -002 is what HP settled on for their later hotter workstations. They settled on the -003 for your cold slow workstation. You tell me, what one do you want to run two of? The -001 is equal to the -002 if you have a fan that runs on that old thing.
You even can look into the double tall double fans heatsink/fans for each processor. It was developed for the xw8600, however. You can experiment like others have. Your yield: Passmark score from what you have is 1366, and what you'll go to is 6207. What can that Z400 do with one X5690? 8782

Hi,
So from what i understand we need 4 heatpipes to cool the 150watt cpu. So will that do ?

PSU: 475 watt
Ram: 32gb
GPU: Nvidia 1060 3gb
SSD: RAID0 2x Crucial_CT250MX2
HDD: RAID0 2x 1tb Hitachi drives
FAN: Extra 80mm high airflow fan ( from a server ) at the front
