Actualización de la BIOS Erica 8

Hola he actualizado el equipo de una Ryzen 5 a un 7 pero el pc no da video me han comentado que hay que actualizar el BIOS para este procesador,la placa base es una Erica 8643 que en su página dice admite este procesador 7 5700G,donde podría descargar esta actualización ?,en la pagina no está,me han dicho que te lo envían al correo si lo pides?,alguien me puede ayudar?,gracias

You can only install one of the supported processors listed under the Processor Upgrade section.

The AMD Ryzen 7 5700G is not a supported processor for your PCs motherboard and updating the BIOS will not help.

The best processor you can install would be the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X.

Thanks, you know what I did, I threw this computer in the trash, never again with HP, a PC that's only 3 years old and they don't offer support at all, thank you for your attention

Se me olvidó decirle que en la página de HP España el procesador Ryzen 7 5700 G si sale como compatible

The subject of your post was to ask for a BIOS update for the Erica 8 motherboard, but the Erica 8643 SSID is for an Erica motherboard, not an Erica 8 motherboard.

The specs for the Erica 8 motherboard do indicate it supports the Ryzen 7 5700 processor, but the Erica motherboard does not.

The Erica 8 motherboard has a BIOS SSID of 89D8, not 8643.
