Hello
This is a macro, recorded answer, read the following carefully, and see according to your own problem.
If you have any doubts, ask me, I will try to answer the best
you have an error message, or a problem with the hard drive (or SSD)
this indicates that your hard drive is certainly damaged
Depending on the error, and its condition, it may fail anytime.
maybe it doesn't work anymore
First of all, you can try to recover personal data
Once your data has been saved
You can either follow the following or buy a new hard drive directly!
What I am indicating now is just a rescue option
If it works, it will be temporary, back up your data regularly
depending on the hard drive condition, it may work a good time
but the hard drive may fail permanently
it is mainly in order to be able to use the computer, the time to replace the system disk
be careful because the goal is to erase the hard drive, your unsaved data will be lost
so you have to reinstall the computer completely
There are several methods, depending on the installed windows system and your computer
Try a full reinstall
You can try to help yourself with this tutorial (sorry not fully translated)

Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7)
if you have windows 10 you can use microsoft tool
https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10
If you originally had a sata HDD you could possibly install a sata SDD
but this is another topic, if needed you should open another thread
Your computer should be this :

You can try several things in order to try to recover your data,
You can try a bootable cd / dvd type live cd (linux)
https://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/how-to-retrieve-windows-files-using-a-linux-live-cd/
you can try removing the hard drive, in order to connect it to another computer internally, or with a usb adapter!

If your disk is not completely out of order, this gives you a small chance
"The desktop has two hard drive. Can I change it in BIOS to reboot onto the other hard drive?"
If you have two hard drives, you have to identify if it is the system drive
if the second hard disk is not the system disk, you will have to install windows on it instead, but you will erase your data, which is on it .. to be able to start with
you understand ?

1720-SMART HARD DRIVE DETECTS IMMINENT FAILURE
FAILING DRIVE: SATA1 (LIGHT BLUE)
The desktop has two hard drive. Can I change it in BIOS to reboot onto the other hard drive?
If you look at the SATA sockets on the motherboard, the one coloured as LIGHT BLUE is connected to the disk-drive that is "failing".
Note that the SATA sockets could be numbered: 1/2/3/4, or as 0/1/2/3.
Currently, is Windows loaded onto the 1st disk-drive, or onto the 2nd disk-drive?
Which disk-drive becomes the "C:" drive-letter?
You need to replace the "failing" disk-drive.
If there is some residual "life" in the disk-drive, copy your Personal Files from that disk-drive to the other disk-drive, while you still can.
Then, you need to replace the disk-drive, and, maybe, you need to reinstall Windows onto it.
It would be wise to pay a certified computer technician to do the trouble-shooting, selecting a suitable replacement disk-drive, and to reinstall Windows.
If you have to ask here "how" to do it, I think that you really should not try to do it yourself.

Ok, is this the company computer where you worked?
indeed, in this case, back up the personal data, before it is too late, and see with them!

So, I did a system DST short/long and it passed. I remove the SSD hard drive and started the computer back with the main hard drive that has the OS. No black screen and beep. The computer started up with no problem. I want to Thank you for all your help.
Have a great day!

Please, but a little doubt in what you specify now ..
You say you removed the SSD and restarted with the HDD
But it's after a new installation on it, in this case ok ..
or you mean, that the system was already on the HDD, and not the SSD
Sorry, I may not have understood correctly ..
but it's just in case, you have to have the system installed on the SSD, and not the HDD!
If it's following what I said, okay, no worries
