Bluetooth 4.2 revision devices are in the "generic " catagory and made by hundreds of mfgrs in PCI-e and USB formats simply check ebay/amazon/newegg and select one (btw, the latest bluetooth rev is 5.0)

to use the optional bluetoth that this card has you need to connect the connector on this card to a internal USB 2.0 port
which on the z820 is next to the 7 white SAS/SATA ports that run along the bottom edge of the board
