HP Thin Client T630
Other

I have an HP Thin Client T630 that I recently pushed a new image to through HPDM 5.0.6.  There are major video problems on the thin client now making it unusable, and it is no longer responding to commands through HPDM.

Is there a way to factory reset it without doing it through HPDM?

If you have  HP ThinPro OS on the Thin client and are able to access the Menu options, then you try the below steps:
- Login as Admin/root
- go to Control Panel >> System >> Factory Reset. '

If the Thin Client was shipped with Window 10 IoT or if you are have Thin Pro OS and not able to access the OS menu, then you will have to re-image the Thin client by creating a fresh USB bootable image using HP ThinUpdate tool.  The latest tool can be downloaded from the below link:

Do not try to reset the Windows 10 IoT using Windows Reset options.
