Installing the graphics driver next.

Also, in answer to the earlier question, the WLAN card is listed as Intel Dual Band Wireless AC-8260.

Hi:

Try the W7 x64 driver directly from Intel.  2nd driver down on the left side of the page for 64 bit.

Installing the BT_18.16.1_64_Win7 executable next.

OK. Backpeddling here. It looks like the Windows 7 .WIM file I have been using does NOT have SP1 installed. Grrr...

I will get this corrected and circle back on this issue tomorrow or Friday

HP Recommended

That should fix it.

If it doesn't I have another idea...

OK. That took longer than expected. I had a couple of days away from my desk in there so I apologize for not getting back sooner.

Ultimately, this is what worked:

Windows 7 Enterprise, SP1

KB2685811 installed into the .WIM

Chipset (sp72786)

Essential System Updates (sp72825)

Bluetooth from link provided by Paul_Tikkanen(BT_18.16.1_64_Win7.exe)

Thank you!

You're very welcome.

That is great news.

Glad you were able to get the BT to work.

Any chance you have a link to a version with a silent installer command line switch? I'm trying to incorporate this into an OSD task sequence in SCCM

Hi:

Unfortunately, I don't.

See if this link is of help to you...
