On turning On the power, for the HP EliteDesk 800 PC the Power Supply Fan runs fast, until start button is pushed then the Power supply fan runs quietly & the CPU fan that was stopped starts running at normal speed, then there are 3 long beeps with Red LED flash followed by 2 short beeps with White LED flash this repeats 5 times & continues after without the beeping (indicating BIOS memory fault) With a blank screen & Windows does not start. I have swapped DDR4, 2666MHz, Non-ECC, 1.2V, Unbuffered, DIMM, 288-pin, 2 x 8GB 1 x 16GB positions with no change to the function of the PC

@wozza682210 -- your symptoms seem to be similar as another thread on this forum:
No screen on startup; 3 long beeps 2 short beeps - HP Support Community - 6979452
that also mentions "RED" and "WHITE" coloured lamps.
Does that help?
