HP Recommended

Hi, occasionally HP EliteOne 870 G9 gets stuck pre BIOS(blank grey screen) or pre boot(HP Wolf logo) until one of the connected smart card readers is disconnected(Elyctis ID BOX One 151). Or sometimes powering it off and on again for few times works too. Changing to different usb port doesn't help. We have many of these HP AIO's and many of them experience this issue.
