I'm getting the message below when I try to check the warranty on my failed SSD. It has a 5 year warranty and I purchased it in August 2023.
Please send me a link where I can open a case to return it.
The link below doesn't recognize the serial number.

Click here to read how to dispute a warranty.
Did you run the F2 diagnostics?
If you got a 24 character error code you can look up the results here and possibly find warranty info.
Watch this video on how to get diagnostic information
Lookup any of the 24 character error codes here.

The NVMe was purchased as an accessory and not part of a system; however, I installed it in a laptop to run diagnostics. When the laptop was powered on, I pressed F2 and displayed in the lower-right-hand corner was Entering System Diagnostics. After several hours, the System Diagnostics screen showed and I was able to choose Storage Tests. When I ran the Hard Drive/SSD Tests it said that there was no hard drive. I tried this in another laptop and after several hours I got the same results.
I called HP Priority One and they had no idea how to get the drive replaced via warranty. They gave me a phone number to PNY; however, PNY stopped making HP branded drives about 10 years ago.

Some laptops will not report the 4tb drives due to the the block size they were formatted with. Newer laptops will not have a problem. The controller on the ssd needs to provide virtual 512 byte block size instead of 4k sizes.
You should be able to get an RMA from the company bilwintech. See the 1 star review by JC here.
The actual company to contact is hp.biwintech.com
let me know what happens.
