Good Evening,
Any advice would be helpful as I've spent a good amount of time searching, trying solutions and still having issues. I am very persistent with this and hope someone has found success in pairing a Nvidia Tesla K80 24GB Card with another Card on their Z800 workstation. I have tried CUDA drivers as a catch all and still cannot seem to get the GT710 and Tesla K80 to work together. I've uninstalled all drivers and started from scratch. Installed drivers on Tesla card initially while in Safemode, made adjustments in BIOS to relinquish hardware resources, made registry changes, but still have not gotten this nailed down yet. I'm attempting to install the server based Nvidia Tesla K80 card as the powerhouse for my Z800 while using the Geforce GT 710 as the card to have attached to my three screens. Has anyone had success with this?

doubt your current config is going to work first of all the k80 was never certified with the z800 only the c2050 was
the k80 is pci-e 3.0 and the c2050 is pci-e 2.0 which matches the z800 pci-e bus
second, only approved video cards are guaranteed to work and i doubt the nvidia 710 stands a chance due to it's specs
also, the k80 lacks any video out unlike the c2050/2070 cards which have a DVI out connector
Before installing an NVIDIA Tesla compute processor card, ensure the following criteria are met:
● HP Z400 Workstations must contain a 600 Watt power supply.
● HP Z800 Workstations must contain an 1110 Watt power supply.
● The NVIDIA Tesla C2050 Compute Processor card may be used alone, or with another C2050,
or with a compatible graphics card. If used with a compatible graphics card, use of the C2050
DVI output is not supported
● The NVIDIA Tesla C1060 Compute Processor card is a dedicated computational unit, and must be
used in conjunction with a compatible graphics card
however even though HP never supported your desired config there may be a outside chance of getting it to work
first see if the k80 requires a UEFI based bios, (the z800 is non UEFI the z820 is EFI the z840 is UEFI)
