HP xw4100 makes five long beeps on startup. What should that mean?

Hi:
5 Beeps = a memory issue of some kind.
The normal troubleshooting steps involve removing and reseating each memory module.
If that doesn't get the 5 beeps to go away, then remove all memory modules but one and test each one at a time in order to isolate the defective memory module.
If that doesn't work, most likely the system board has failed.

You're very welcome.
A solid green light glowing on the motherboard when the PC is plugged in and not turned on is normal.
All of my HP business desktop PCs have the green light on the motherboard on when they are plugged in and running or turned off.
If it is blinking, that indicates some kind of trouble.
