I was looking at pcs and I came across the HP z200 Tower, On the website I noticed it says the system board factor is ATX and the dimensions are 9.9 x 12 inches Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02027649
I then looked up the standard ATX size and it says the board size is 9.6 x 12 inches, if the board is 9.9 x 12 is it still standard ATX?

the ATX standard describes many things besides the size of the board, and in this case HP has plainly stated that while the board does follow the atx standard in most things it does not follow it in regards to exact board size, which is why the actual size is listed in both Millimeters and inches.................... also the size difference between 9.6 and 9.9 is a very small difference that is unlikely to affect most users since this board is part of a custom system, and said board will also fit in 99.9% of 3rd party cases
