Product: HP-Proliant-DL380p-Gen8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Good day,

 I have HP-Proliant-DL380p-Gen8 and the HPE Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 331FLR Adapter not working anymore and i couldn't find new one , so I thinking to use the ilo port as main network adapter.

Is that posible??

the ilio diag port is not a normal ethernet port it's specific to the ilio functions

 

replace the bad card, replacement 4 port server grade cards are dirt cheap
