TPM is disabled and hidden on HP 290 G1 SFF. How much will I need to pay to have TPM enabled?

TPM is enabled/disabled from the "BIOS"

 

note that for your model, systems that shipped with FreeDOS

will have TPM disabled via hardware by HP and it cannot be reenabled
