Good Evening,
Wanted to see if I could potentially use three monitors with this desktop? I am copying the link below for exact description. Please kindly advise! If I am unable to use three monitors, I will just purchase two larger monitors. I just would like to know if possible. Thank you in advance!

just about any system can display on 3 monitors if you add the right... add-in video card and have monitors with the correct inputs/adapters
also note that some systems disable the onboard (integrated video) when adding a video card
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
your model quickspecs states 3 monitor support: (using monitors with displayport connections) and a addin video card
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03832938
unless you have or are willing to buy monitors with displayport inputs you will not be able to use the onboard video for 3 displays meaning you will need a addin video card and such a card will most likely cost more than the HP 800 G1 system
i personally recommend not using SFF (small form factor) systems as they are next to impossible to upgrade
a HP z620 "Microtower" system like this is a better choice

Hi DGroves,
Thank you for responding. So for the link I posted and SFF machine I have, it sounds like the only way to use three monitors is to add in a new video card. Do you have any recommendations on external video cards I could try to make this work?
