several possible issues:
windows 7 (64bit) does not natively support booting from a ssd unless several files are slipstreamed into the install image
2. the 6300 pro's bios must have UEFI enabled and CSM enabled (this is the bios default)
3. the windows install must be in "GPT" and not legacy mode

windows 10 has native nvme support, and since the 6300 pro is a UEFI enabled bios it will boot/install to a nvme drive if the bios is at it's defaults
as i pointed out, while win7 could be made to do so it's not recommended
