first of all you have a laptop, stating this when asking for help is something which you should allways do
second your laptop is not a workstation or business model but a consumer model,.. as such this is the wrong forum to be asking for help ........ in the future please use this forum
specs for your model laptop
last your laptop has a bad battery, replace it
