A request for some clarification:
Do you mean that the Z800 arrived with 1 or 2 processors in it and some memory sticks that are less than 16GB each? If so what processor(s)?
The reason I ask is that we never clarified whether you are getting a v1 or a v2 Z800. You can tell that from an entry in BIOS... the boot block date. That issue has been posted about here in the past. Your Z600 is a v2 based on the processors it is running.
That does not mean they will run in the Z800 (unless it is a v2 also). We all hope it is a v2, of course.
